University Health Network Peers in the ED Program Evaluation

Thank you for your contributions to the evaluation of the Peers in the ED Program. This Program, is part of a larger initiative by the Social Medicine Program at the University Health Network.

The purpose of this evaluation is to understand how the Program is being implemented, to understand how health and community providers describe their experiences in the Program, and to understand outcomes resulting from the Program. The University of Toronto is working collaboratively with the University Health Network and The Neighbourhood Group to evaluate the Peers in the ED Program. The evaluation is being conducted by an external evaluation team at the University of Toronto.
